Domain Investment - Membership

* We connect owners of premium domain names with potential investors in their portfolios.

* We pool buyers/investors with each other, so they can jointly purchase a high-cost premium domain name they may not otherwise be able to afford.

* We assist in helping a potential buyer find financial backing for their domain name from other sources such as financial institutions. We work with several institutions that provide loans for premium .com domain purchases.

* Investment opportunities vary depending on the portfolio and owner;

(a) some are membership opportunities, where the sponsor provides money to the owner of the domain name for a share in profits of that domain name over a set period of time;

(b) some are partnership and joint-venture opportunities;

(c) some are domain stock opportunities...

It all depends on the terms the domain owner chooses. Regardless of which option the contract terms follow, sponsors seek to benefit from the revenue that these high-value premium domain names fetch.

Once we have a domain owner and a potential investor/sponsor/member, we put them in touch and help form a contracted relationship for a domain name or a portfolio of domain names.

We will often place more than one investor/sponsor/member on a particular domain name, depending on the amount of funding a domain owner is looking to raise and on the number of investors the domain owner is willing to have on their portfolio. This allows us to find one or two large sponsors for a domain portfolio, or partition the investment pool amongst many participants-- allowing both the elite investor and the general public to benefit from the investment that can be made in a domain name.

In some cases sponsors are given the opportunity to choose which domains they are interested in, in other cases we will vary the portfolio(s) for the sponsors, selecting an excellent wide range of domain names.

* Trademarks: We work with Trademark owners who have access to premium domains as they launch at auctions, pairing them up with sponsors to provide them with funding towards the purchase or auction. This allows every-day people to gain access to high-value domain names, pairing up trademark owners and sponsors as joint-ventures or any of the other sponsorship options above.

* Privatization of domain names: We also have excellent resources to privatize the domain name, protecting the confidentiality and contact information from the outside world, allowing sponsors and domain owners to invest in peace. We are excellent at privatizing even those domains which are seemingly impossible to make private, such as international tld's like .asia and .me, or domains owned by Trademark holders. We can additionally filter any correspondence on your behalf. This allows you to keep confidential information confidential, and remain solicitation-free!
